Q: What age can my child start training?
A: Our programs can accomodate children 8 and up. (some cases as young as 6; case by case scenario). We focus on movement patterns and motor skills to build a strong foundation.
Q: I have not worked out in a long time, so should I get screened before training?
A: Yes, we evaluate where you are right now, figure out where you have been with your fitness regimen, then establish goals that you are capable of achieving. We do this with our Functional Movement Screen and assessment. If their are any issues or pain, we will refer you to the appropriate medical professional.
Q: Your center is a Performance Training Center, as an average person can I train there?
A: Yes, we train all of our clients to maximize their stability, mobility, and strength. We all have the same biomechanics just different levels of ability. It does not matter if you are a professional athlete or a person that wants to enhance their active lifestyle we have a program for you.
Q: Will someone show me how to use the equipment?
A: Yes, we will take you for a tour and show the various types of functional equipment.
