"I've had the opportunity to work with Shannon Wallace for the past 4 years both in the development of youth athletes, and my own athletic developmen. I'm a perennial all- star in the CFL and have had my years in the NFL as well, and can say without any doubt that my game has been its strongest as a direct result of working with Shannon Wallace.
He has successfully implemented cutting edge training modalities into previous workout regiment without tearing apart the foundation I had built in 11 years of professional football. His extensive knowledge of so many different training methods, combined with his voracious appetite to learn and implement the best training techniques, and his tremendous attention to detail are the keys to his success.
Athletes who have the good fortune of working with Shannon will find that his willingness to listen to the athlete's needs, as well as his open minded philosophies regarding multiple training methods, allow for a truly fulfilling training experience. Being that he played football at a very high level himself, he is very in tune with the rigorous demands that come from training and competing.
For the serious athlete intent on actualizing there full potential in their respective sport, there are plenty of built in variables to worry about that come with such aspirations. By training with Shannon Wallace, you can at least rule out the main concern which is your fitness, and performance levels... Shannon's got you covered!"

I started training with Coach Shannon in the winter of 2009. Not only does he have great unique training methods, but he teaches you how your body works. Within half a year of training with him I gained 12 pounds, decreased my 40 yard dash by two tenths, and my vertical went from 29 to 36. The best thing Coach Shannon has done for me was teach me to get past my comfort level. Working out in college now, it has helped me tremendously to work through and finish the tough brutal workouts. Coach Shannon looks out for all of his athletes and I will stay in touch with him for the rest of my life. I can’t thank him enough for what he has done for me.

My name is Jeremiah Clester. I am an NCAA division III athlete and a
future U.S. Army officer. Shannon has been working with me for 6-8
months on my strength performance. After working with Shannon I have
gained much more playing time on the lacrosse field competing against
some of the top teams in the country. My physical fitness scores for
my ROTC have also greatly improved and that has been able to give me
much more confidence when leading my squad. This past fall I competed
with the Old Dominion University on their ranger challenge team.
Working with Shannon over the summer prepared me for what was to come.
Being in top physical fitness for the competition I was able to help
my team to a great finish. My plans for the future are to finish my
last two seasons at Virginia Wesleyan College as a top player on the
lacrosse team and after graduation I want to attend ranger school and
join the top Special Forces in the world. With the help of Shannon I
believe he can prepare me for anything that life has to throw at me by
making me stronger physically and mentally.

Going into the ninth grade I had never played football before. Through the next two years I gained a lot of weight and strength through hard work and dedication but I couldn’t get over the edge. Even though I was big and strong I didn’t know how to control my body. When Shannon Wallace came to train football players at my high school I didn’t know how it was going to work. He pushed me harder than I had ever been pushed, through some of the most original and unorthodox workouts I had ever seen. As painful as they were and as much as I wanted to quit through many of those workouts, Coach Shannon never gave up on me and stayed with me to coach me through plateau after plateau. Over my final two years of high school Coach Shannon helped me to learn to become an athlete, not only a football player. The ropes, kettlebells, plyometrics, and all the other crazy things he put me through helped me to become a division one athlete. He doesn’t just focus on becoming a big, bulky mass of tight muscle. He emphasizes strength through motion and utilizing and capitalizing on your power to get the most performance out of your body. Coach Shannon increased my strength, size, speed, and skill but most importantly Coach Shannon made me into an athlete.

Quentin Ezell,
Before I started working with Coach Shannon I would say I was an average running back at Walkersville High School trying his absolute best to earn a scholarship to play college football. To improve my combine scores my family and I decided to hire a 368 for their services. 368 and Shannon immediately exposed my physical weaknesses through his various workouts. Not only after a couple of weeks working with Shannon did my combine numbers and techniques improve Shannon’s training had helped me heal past lingering injuries like my weak ankles.
During my brief time with Shannon he was always kind and encouraging during the entire process. Instead of making a generic plan for every person to follow he will take the time out of his schedule to personally work with you and create a program that with strengthen your individual game. Since I enjoyed working with Shannon that summer I continued to train with 368 during my junior and senior year. Each year my game had escalated tremendously. Shannon helped turn me into an explosive football player that had matured both physically and mentally due to his workouts. During the post season I received offensive player of the year and broke seven rushing records at Walkersville High School. Concluding my senior year I signed with the United States Naval Academy for a Division One Football scholarship. Shannon and 368 had a major role in helping my personal goal of playing college football. 368 honestly cares about each person that steps into their gym doors and they will give you as much effort as you give them. I know they helped me to stay on track with their constant encouragement. I would recommend any athlete that seriously wants to improve his or her game to that next level should fully embrace the 368 system and I promise Shannon and his staff will get you there.

Kayla Marrie
I started training with Shannon Wallace while I was in my junior year in high school. I began working with Shannon to help with my conditioning between athletic seasons. As I matriculated into my senior year I decided to pursue field hockey at the college level. In order for me to be competitive and noticed by college coaches, I knew I had to exceed any goals that were placed upon me in high school.
In the subsequent months, I worked with Shannon and toward my goal. He developed a rigorous program for me. It was an ambitious goal. And in the beginning, I was not convinced I could achieve our goal. I say “our” goal because with Shannon, he takes on the same goals as his clients. He encouraged, challenged and supported me, and I exceeded the goal. After being recruited by four Division II and three Division III schools, I had my pick of schools. I decided to attend Limestone College and be part of the program that Coach Lindsay Jackson established in 2009. To quote Coach Jackson, “Kayla came into preseason extremely prepared, both years, her first year she was the only one that passed the fitness test with ease. Her second year, coming off of an injury she was stronger and the speed was still there. Her training with Shannon Wallace over the summer leads her to being at a high level of speed and endurance.”
I am forever indebted to Shannon and the 368 Athletics Team for working with me to improve my physical and mental strength, breakaway speed and all around improved athletic performance. Shannon taught me that it takes more than the physical aspects to be a great athlete. He taught me that it takes heart, desire, and a positive attitude on and off the field to be an all-around competitor.
